Issue Summary
the default vhost file can cause some problems for us on some distros, so i think it's a good idea if it's simply removed. however, it's located in different places in different distros, so we'll need some profile-specific way to deal with it. perhaps a profile variable DEFAULT_VHOST, which if set is the location of the vhost file to remove, or possibly a more generic FILES_TO_REMOVE variable, which contains a list of files that we want yanked out.
