We changed some field names for sorting and this caused many sites to break as they tried to sort on fields which no longer existed. This adds those fields back in a new section at the bottom of schema.xml where we can continue to store BC fields for however long we deem necessary.

This will allow a clean d.o. upgrade.

sname is still in the current schema due to our paln to use it for multi-site username faceting
