I setup Workflow according to the Readme. The final state, which I called "checked", "roles who can view posts in this state" was set to all roles.

When I go to a node I created and set to the "checked" state with an anonymous user, they get the "Access denied" page.

However, as an anonymous user, I can see the "Workflow summary" page fine.

I set the given content-types default status to "published." Now anonymous users can see "checked" content as they should be able to.

Anonymous users can still view the "Workflow summary" and they do not have that permission. I can remove that link for my site which will fix the problem well enough for my purposes.
