I have added CAPTCHA to a type's input form. The CAPTCHA form is visible but has not real effect other than complains about missing input info in case you skip it. If I type something different the CAPTCHA form accepts it.

What settings am I missing ?

This issue was fixed in #367959: Captcha pass phrase response ignored on cached forms
the fix is available in version 6.x-2.x-dev

Perfect. Updating to 6.x-2.x-dev solved the problem :D
