I work with an International not-for-profit that currently has amazon associate accounts for both amazon.com and amazon.co.uk (members in Europe often prefer to order from .co.uk site).

Is it possible to configure this module to present both Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com derived content? In future it may be necessary to offer amazon.fr and amazon.de as we become more internationalized.

The answer is, no, for now. You can set up separate Drupal installs to point at your various locales. This is not too hard, but of course I could understand why you wouldn't want to do it.
