Is there a possibilty to do that with the views2 interface?

- or do I have to create a template-file and edit that? like views-view-fields.tpl.php

I d like to have a hr tag between the records, not between the fields.

Is the tag very important to you? If you're looking for a horizontal line, you can just add a css border to the record's html.
