Get Updates

We need a module, where the users can submit their e-mail and we can send them the updates and news from the site.

Any help...

sounds like you want to investigate the simplenews.module w/ the simplenews digest.module addon.

If this is not what you want, you will have to be more verbose in your question.

RSS Feeds

Are you sure that RSS feeds wouldn't take care of what you need?

Drupal has that built in already, and there might be additional modules that do a better job, or offer more options if it doesn't do what you're looking for.

Otherwise, perhaps you should try searching on mailing lists. I bet that'll be closer to what your intended purpose is.
