"Only registered users can purchase this product" appears three times

Hello,

my problem is that when i create a product available only for registered users, i get the message "Only registered users can purchase this product" three times on top of the page... not explaining because it is not related to the product (is it showed also in pages where all products are listed) and is repeated three times!

how could i display it only one time and product related?
