Hi ICY,

Noticed today on my live beta site that someone updated their status, and somehow mine was updated as well. I cleared the status on my account, and checked the user's whose status updated mine, and theirs was not cleared so I didn't affect them. Not sure if it's a one-off but curious if you'd seen/heard this before? Both accounts are non-admin accounts.

Also, in activity under the "View Friends' Activity" tab set for user relationships, a blank status shows up there for other users when they clear their status. Again, unsure if this is a one off, but wanted to throw this out there.

Let me know if you need any more info, I'll keep an eye out to see if it happens again.

Re the first problem, the only thing I can think of is that the Facebook Status block reflects the status of the author of the node or user profile it's displayed on (if it's not on either, it displays the current user's status). If the user in question had permission to administer statuses, it's possible that that user could have accidentally changed your status. I certainly haven't heard of this bug before, at least not since the first week after I wrote the module.

For the second problem, it may just be a holdover from before the latest fix. Chances are it won't happen again. If it does I have no idea why--Activity does not record status updates any more when the status is blank.

You're absolutely right RE: problem #1... I just realized I permissioned moderators to overwrite status as part of moderation duties, and that user was a moderator.

As far as problem #2, I'll update to the latest dev package so I know that I have all the patches and will let you know if it happens again. Until then I'll close this issue out.
