Hi guys,

Minor issue, but I just noticed that a comment I had made on a forum topic created by someone tagged as a friend showed up under the "My Friends' activity" tab.

I'm guessing that this behavior is due to the fact that the comment was made on a friend's node, but would think that the behavior should be such that we only see comments if the comment author is a friend (which should also prevent my own activity from showing up under My Friends activity)?

Yes it's because the forum post author was added as an 'activity target' for the comment you made since the forum post author is the comment's 'parent-node-author' and as such is considered a 'target' of the activity in the form of the comment to the post.

It's probably something we'll have to consider reworking as it is a bit unwieldy even if the intent of the 'target' idea is sound.
