DOes anybody have any idea how to beat spam, per day I get like 0 spam comments

How do you fix this, do you use captcha? Because I allow non registered visitors to comment

well....

Captcha's do work. Akismet for Drupal 5 also works. Mollom seems to work okay. Then there's spam.module.

~silverwing - and, no, you probably wont beat spam 100% of the time. 95%, probably.

Install captcha module, It will work most of the time. Also in "Administer » Content management" set the "Preview post:" to required.

edit:
My apology. This is not a reply to silverwing, this is a reply to fender. :)

for Drupal 6 I also get LOTS of spams for my comments. Obviously I moderate them and block them however its getting a bit tough cause I installed drupal on 3 of my sites and going through each list is becoming a pain.
