after a while I've been thinking why dont you package the documentation into a single pdf file. It's more friendly than current documentation.

Please note that the current PDF handbooks are an interrim solution.

I do welcome feedback on the current output, but I'm moving towards generating PDF more directly, which should give much better control over presentation and packaging.
