From the dashboard, the Add Team Member link takes me to
/node/add/stormteammember?destination=storm
which goes to my Create Content default page. However, from the Team Members list, the Add Team Member link takes me to
/storm/teammembers/add?destination=storm%2Fteammembers
which I believe is correct.
