Prior to switching to jQuery menu, I was using DHTML menu. One nice feature about DHTML menu that I would love to see in Advanced Book Blocks is the ability to open/close menus from within the book page (the list of child pages of the current page). Please let me know if it's not clear what I'm asking for.

I understand what you are talking about, and I can understand why you want it, however it might take a while for me to look into it unless someone presents a patch. I have a lot of work on my plate right now.
