After hours of research I come to this 2 host to host 1 drupal site (new)

the problem is at this moment of time 130am EST I'm unable to reach both of the support

MidPhase tells me that their sales working hours isn't 24 hours while I always get leave a message by TMD

this is frustrating...if any of you guys can recommend something else let me know thanks

are rarely, if ever, 24/7. Don't let the sales hours frustrate you too much as support should be 24/7.

I've never hosted with either so I'd say pick the one that will screw you over less. Or flip a coin.

My personal web hosting philosophy is to never host with a company that uses those stock images of women wearing headsets. I've never had good experiences with those companies. (I'm serious about this.)

ADDING THIS:
Hosting is hit or miss. For every customer that hates a host, you can find a dozen (or hundred) that have had no problems with them. I call webhosting a "damned if you do, damned if you do" situation.

I've been using eleven2 for about a year and haven't had any major issues with them. (Got the founder to fix something on President's Day.) another host hotdrupal.com has some very good reviews going for it. (If I was looking for shared hosting again, I'd definitely look at them more closeely.

I only need to host 1 site...just one new drupal site

I've never heard of TMD before, but I can say MidPhase is a pretty good company. If you're going to sign up with MidPhase, I recommend going with their AN Hosting brand. You can check out my review here, if you haven't seen it yet.

I think you should go to midPhase, it's very fast and stable, really very good choice for Drupal.

And for TMDHosting, it's quite unfamiliar to the industry.

I absolutely would not recommend Anhosting or Midphase. They are terrible. Their support is slow, their techs are rude and ignorant, they are riddled with bugs and downtime. They moved my site around to different servers without informing me, which broke configuration on my sites. When I was with them, they not offer SSH support. Now, I have left them behind, and for a cheaper price I am using a reliable, professional host that offers SSH access, which for Drupal hosting is a real bonus.

I have had a midphase account for two years, and this month, I am leaving it. My site was twice hacked....midphase did not do the back up that they had promised so the site needed rebuilding. They take much longer to reply to customer support than other hosts I've used and often, they are snide in their comments...totally inappropriate on more than one occasion.
