Issue Summary
To be more consistent with core and to make translators happier, it'd be nice to use - Any - instead of <Any> on optional, single-select exposed filters. Since views is such a masterpiece of OO goodness, there's exactly 1 line in all of views for this change. ;) Patch coming shortly.

Based on request in IRC, added a setting to toggle this behavior. Not sure the UI label is right:
Label for "Any" value on optional single-select exposed filters:Please fix that to something better before you commit this if you think of something nicer. ;)

Hehe, although the translators will still get to complain about
<Any>this way. ;)#4
Committed. I even got to test out NetBeans CVS integration with this commit. Not flawless, sadly.
