After installation I get the following error:

in_array(): Wrong datatype for second argument in [..]/sites/all/modules/securepages_disabler/securepages_disabler.module on line 15.

the warning does not go away when you set up url's

Silly mistake on my part that occurred when installed on a site which didn't have securepages_disabler installed before (which I realize is fits the description of most sites it will be going on).

Fixed now. Thanks for filling the issue.
