When installed and you are configuring the module it advises to view the enclosed readme.txt for instructions about setting up pdf. The intructions are not in the readme.txt.

I have updated the handbook page at http://drupal.org/node/190171 with instructions on how to install TCPDF but I don't know how to include dompdf.

My apologies. The instructions are in the install.txt not readme.txt, just as the module was telling me. (slaps self over head)

Would it be possible to put something in the readme.txt telling users there are instructions in the install.txt as well for idiots such as myself. What is the purpose of splitting the documentation like that?

Hi,

The reasons for the existence of INSTALL.txt file are ancient and not worth discussing here. As to the mention of the INSTALL.txt in the README.txt file, that was done 6 days ago (on Feb 19th) and it will be in the next version.

I reverted the change to the handbook page, as the installation instructions are in a sub-page that got 'lost' during the upgrade of Drupal.org to D6 (see #376790).
