I installed brilliant gallery and I don't know how users on my site can upload pictures in that gallery. Thanks in advanced.

With Brilliant Gallery, your choices are a) FTP your images to your site, and b) use public Picasa galleries. There is no provision for users to upload via the Brilliant Gallery module itself.
