Can't select "Show terms without nodes..." on more than one block

Using 2.3 and 2.4, when trying to select the "Show terms that don't have nodes if at least one child term has a node" option on a second Taxonomy Block, the option will be re-set (to be not selected) on my other Taxonomy Block(s) configuration. Thus, only one Block is able to use this option and I would like to be able to use it on multiple separate Taxonomy Blocks.
