Can't see tabs option in Manage Field or in Display Fields settings

Issue Summary

I am unable to see tabs option in "Manage Field" or in "Display Fields" settings.

I have tabs module enabled.

Add a fieldgroup and configure it to use tabs.

Then in display fields select tabs as the display style for that fieldgroup.
