How can I fix this?

When I go on Safari, Firefox or IE, my site www.astrologyloveadvice.com does not show my entire primary links. I have 14 total.
But when I log in, I see all of it.

I don't know what's going on.

My guess would be you have not granted people not logged in the right to view content.

Look under Administer › User management › Permissions
Scroll down to 'node module'
Have you granted the 'access content' permission?
