If you visit http://updates.drupal.org/release-history/drupal/6.x, you will see that (for example), there are 3 release nodes for Drupal 6.10 in the xml history.

Furthermore, in these 3 nodes, the terms

Release type
Bug fixes


Release type
Security update

occur 3 times.

This is fairly minor, I don't think it impacts the Update Status module, but you might like to bring this to the attention of the relevant people.
