Hello,

Seems Theme developper from the Devel module package conflicts with Panels 3 at different places :

Case 1
- create a page
- title : panelthemedeveloppertest
- administrative title : panelthemedeveloppertest
- path : panelthemedeveloppertest/%
- click on "continue"
- in " Argument settings" you have :
Argument : "%0", Position in path : "1", Context assigned : "no context assigned", Operations : "change"
- click on "change" and nothing happens if Theme developper is enabled. The popup comes if it's disabled.

Case 2
- go on with the panel creation until you get to the add content to the Panel handler dialogue
- click on "+" to add content, you get a white screen of death with the output attached.

Unfortunately I think Panels and theme developer may be incompatible. Hm.

For a start a warning to disable Theme developer in the Panels documentation could be enough !

AJAX error when trying to add panel content still noticed in beta1 with theme developer turned on, good news is turning off theme developer works every time. It won't be needed in a production environment anyway. Thanks for the great module.

I've checked in some fixes to make panels drag & drop stuff not themable. That means theme developer won't grab it.
