Can anyone advise me? I want to list all comments underneath their respective post, and use a link after all that to link directly to the comment form. I found some dialogue but only pertaining to earlier than 6x.

Easy. Go to administer your content types (admin/content/types) and choose to edit the content type your wish to have this behavior. Expand the Comment Settings areas and at the bottom of the long list of options you will see "Location of comment submission form:". Set this to "Display below post or comments".

This doesn't work for me...
I want to display comment form below my blog content..so that i can add commnets on the same page...
But the form doesn't display..
