Change collapsed/expanded by default

Hi

It would be nice if this module also could change the #collapsed setting of fieldsets. There currently isn't any good way to do this apart from changing the relevant modules files, or creating a seperate module to handle the specific forms. I don't know how many people need this, but I've seen a few threads about it on drupal.org. I found this module today, looking for a solution to this :)
