I think the term display fieldset should go below the identification set; it's currently above them and looks a bit odd.

This requires resetting of weights on the incoming $form items, so it's a bit faffy.
Attached are patches for 5 and 6 for review.

Yes, this is worth fixing and switching this weight seems the least obtrusive.
