I updated drupal to 6.10 and updated the new filefield module today (along with other modules), and my whole site broke. I rolled back and did each step and narrowed the crash to filefield. It seems to crash the entire server (MAMP running locally on a Mac and AMP on Unix).

Make sure it's compatible with 6.10!

Could you describe "my whole site broke"? Exactly in what way was the site broken?
