Bookmark Us Module

I enabled it. When I log out to view it, the links worked for a few seconds. Then, when I go to other pages, it stopped working (the link to Book mark the page) is not there. But when I'm logged on, it is activated.

How can I show it in every page? Also, the addto module. I only see it when I'm logged on. I enabled it to be viewed by others, but still doesn't work.
