Maybe I'm blind (probably am) but is there a way to send all queued invites all at once? It seems that once you add all your invitees to the list, you have to manually send each invite manually (from the /rsvp/[nid] page)

If you are owner/co-owner/maintainer then you will have this option inside the guest list.

There will be a section called "No invitation sent [Send invitation]" where you can click on "Send invitation" to send the invitation to all guests.

Unfortunately there was a bug in the display part of the guest list which causes the link not to show up.
I fixed the bug and it will be available with the next dev build.

You already can enter the following into your address line of the browser to send the invitation:

rsvp/RID/attendees/send

where RID is the id of teh invitation (not the event).
