Issue Summary
It would be nice (and make a lot of sense) to have book outline edit form which is provided by outline module (/admin/content/book/%nid) shown in book outline view (/node/%nid/outline, book_outline_form) - in addition to the current outline fields. Having 2 different outline forms is a little confusing.

I'll have a look at it. I think there was a reason why I hadn't done it yet, but on principle, I agree with you.
I am finishing importing content to a new web site I am in charge of, and then my next priority (early march) is to polish this module and make an official release.
