Help needed with transferring Drupal site on Mediatemple from Gridserver to Dedicated Virtual Server

Hello and thanks for reading. I have a live Drupal 6.9 site that currently sits on a MediaTemple gridserver account. I'd like help in backing up and migrating this site to a MediaTemple Dedicated Virtual Server, upgrade to the latest 6.10 release along the way, and help with setting up a back-up system for the site. There should be some ongoing maintenance work for this site a few others, and if you have any custom theme development experience, we should definitely talk about potential future work.
