My buddy is a big supporter of Drupal so I've decided to finally make the jump from Wordpress.

First things first, I need someone to migrate my website that is on WP over to Drupal. And then I need the person to customize is to my needs. I'm looking to implement some of the features of a site like collegehumor.com; user avatars, ability for users to exchange msgs, automatic advertisement refreshes, etc.
