Issue Summary

Optionally allow automatic overriding of the default theme with the .mobi theme, (also or only) whenever the screen resolution of the web client is too small to properly display the default theme. This PHP-function might be helpful:

Also optionally redirect to a .mobi domain whenever the screen resolution of the web client is too small to properly display the default theme.
