I'm trying this module for the first time so I'm a bit noob at it. My problem is that I'm trying to ban eg. "insider pages for members" content type for anonymous and ordinary authenticated users as well. I untick it all the time, press the Submit button and it all comes back as if nothing had happened. So the content type is still available to 'anonymous users', much to my surprise it did work for 'authenticated users'. I assume I should fix some things in Permissions or I really don't know. (Screenshot attached.)
Cheers a lot in advance for any help.

GreyHawk commentedAlready posted here -- it's kind of nuts. Works for folks with lower versions, so it appears to be related to the 6.x-1.0 update.

tiwaz commentedThanks a lot, meanwhile I've been trying other modules and Nodeaccess seems to do it fine for me. Although I'd prefer Contect Access instead because of its simplicity, just need this little function, nothing more.

dimmie commentedFound this patch tonight : http://drupal.org/node/384916
Applied on both Drupal 6.9 and 6.10 - seems to fix the problem on 6.10 and doesn't harm on 6.9, AFAICT.
The nodes with the bad permissions must be corrected manually, though - even if that was not a big problem for my sites, which are just in the build phase.

GreyHawk commentedThat seems to be a fix that others have noted elsewhere as a fix for this; thanks, ungeek!
