Removal of 'My account" (6.x-1.x-dev 2009-Feb-27) breaks 'My account' menu item and title on the following pages:
- /user/%
- /admin/build/menu-customize/navigation
- (maybe more)

I should mention that titles were fixed by the patch in http://drupal.org/node/378938.
