Issue Summary
Why does it display My Quotes section on user profile, the my quotes link setting is turned off but this still appears in user profile. Anyway to remove it ?

That is controlled by the "Add a "Recent quotes" link on the "My account" page" setting at the bottom. But I do see a problem there.
