player won't show if there's only one profile

if there's only one flvmediaplayer profile configured, and is being used, then the video player won't be embedded if it's being used. another profile has to be created and used before that profile works. the error is around lin 509 of flvmediaplayer.module where the config function calls returns an empty array - the flvmp_ $node->type . '_profile' variable doesn't exist.

it took me hours to track that down! and there's also a few patches for xspf that need to be commited please.
