Unable to create step pages

Hi!
I installed the Profile Setup module and am unable to add any "step pages." I went to view your demo at http://drupalsn.com/profilesetup so that I could see the module in use and I get nothing like this.
After I create the first step, I no longer receive the "Setup steps ordering
Here you can order the profile setup steps. 1 being first, 30 being last" dropdown (1-30). Additionally, when I enter http://mysite.tld/profilesetup I am redirected to the URL http://mysite.tld/users/[logged-in-username] (Since the user names appear with dashes, I suspect the Usernode Module). I disabled the Advanced Profile Kit to no avail. It appears to be an interference with Usernode or some other module, but I am unable to determine which one.I also have the Birthdays module installed and operable, am never prompted to enter a birthday step, etc. I also have Login Toboggan and Login Destination enabled. The Login Toboggan "Redirect Path on Confirmation" set to http://mysite.tld/profilesetup.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
To make full use of the module you should have the profile module, but as of the 5.x-4.x-dev release it function fine with or without the profile module if you just want to use the profile picture upload step and then redirect via workflow_ng to a pagerouter module setup.
