Invisimail filter used with URL filter

Excerpt from an Invisimail documentation page:

...go to the configure tab and turn on "automatically create links", and whatever your choice for javascript

I want to keep the URL filter to do the http links; however, by default it also does the mailto links. In this case, should the Invisimail filter setting for "automatically create links" be disabled? Which filter should have the largest number?
