Description

We upgraded http://www.bstw.com to Drupal 6.10 this evening. Since doing so, the smileys in the post on the front page display as a word, e.g., Sad in Firefox and as a box with a logical not symbol in the center and mouse-over of Sad using IE7. Logging in as an authenticated user seems to result in the simleys displaying as expected. I looked at the directories and files involved and it seems like the directories are 755 and the files are 644 as I would expect.

Seeing the symbols instead of the characters is so irregular under Drupal 6.10 that we have disabled the module for now. Hope it comes back some day.

Tried to fix your problem? I guess it's almost directly related to your other issue. Probably some module or setting at fault.
