All other features work but the image upload does not work. The error gotten is:
* The selected file could not be copied, because no file by that name
exists. Please check that you supplied the correct filename.
* Failed to upload the picture image; the pictures directory doesn't
exist or is not writable.

The file does exist and so does the pictures directory-help please!

First take care of this.
Is the directory writable? Maybe Drupal can't find it's path.
