require_once(Image/Graph.php) [<a href='function.require-once'>function.require-once</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\inetpub\wwwroot\drupal6\sites\all\modules\icecast\yplog\yplog.graph.inc on line 61.
Is this because my site is being served by IIS7?

Please look at the README: "The built-in graphing functionality requires that the PEAR Image_Graph and Image_Canvas packages can be found on PHP's include path."
