send only seems to be working for the last configuered nodetype - whenever send is activated for a new type it will be deactivated from the previous one - and so can only work for one at a time

I have the same problem in 5.x-1.x-dev. While the tell a friend link apears in all types of nodes and upon clicking on it, the form apears,only for pages, the actual sending occurs while for blogs, forum topics etc nothing happens (the form is re-displayed)
