I have uploaded the theme folder to my sites/all/themes directory. When I go to admin/build/themes and try to set it as the default I get the following error, I'm not a technical person so I don't know how to fix it myself...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function genesis_theme() in /home/downtown/public_html/sites/all/themes/genesis_coldday/template.php on line 12

did you also upload the dependency the genesis framework?
