It looks like drupal core 6.10 does not like the version 6 multiselect. Please see the attached screen shot.
Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

Dear fantasma,

Can you try out the development version of the module and see if this fixes the issue for you? I've made some small modifications to the module in the past few days.
