I'm getting a string of warnings in a red box at the top of every internal story that the site's users are able to see.
Is it possible to create or edit a permission that would allow only the administrator to view these warnings?

Not to worry
Only roles with permission to "access administration pages" will be able to see them, even if they appear on top of publicly accessible pages. Try logging out and viewing the page in question as an anonymous user and see if you still see the warnings.
Well, I did log out and still
Well, I did log out and still saw them, even after clearing all caches and refreshing the page.
Fortunately, I was able to get rid of the messages after I updated the module itself.
I had thought the same thing until today, but I guess upgrading or downgrading is the best workaround for now.

Illegal Offset something or
Illegal Offset something or other. Had to do with the ad_owners.module.
I recently had to remove all cacheing on my ads module because of a typo or something the developer left in the code.
After I switched to no cache, this message began appearing.
