Reference to obsolete hook

Line ~49 refers to hook_settings()

/**
 * Implementation of hook_settings().
 */

But this hook is not used in D5+. (http://api.drupal.org/api/function/hook_settings/4.7)

Obviously, this does not affect the functionality at all. Just a very small documentation error.
