First of all thanks for making this module. I'm looking forward to getting my hands dirty with Blueprint which should be an interesting learning experience and would have the chance without this mod.

I noticed that the $logo variable is missing from the page template. Is that a miscue? Do you want a patch?

Thanks for the offer. However the exclusion of the $logo variable was by design. You can read more about that in this issue: #317153: $logo support

I figured I was missing something (ie closed tickets) as I couldn't be the first to notice that.

It is an interesting thing to note and maybe one people should be more aware of.

Is there a place in the documentation I missed note of this as well?

Are there other standard Drupal elements like the $logo that are changed by design in this module?

Nothing else that I know of is missing. Also, it is not mentioned in the documentation yet, though it really needs to be done. I'll try and add that to the documentation when I get a chance. Currently, CVS is blocked at my work so I don't have access to change that at the moment.
