I have the Prepopulate 6.x-2.x-dev module installed and activated on a Drupal 6.10 installation. I have searched for, but cannot find the "Prepopulate Checkbox" on any content type (as stated in the install.txt file). Is this a known bug, or are there more precise instructions for setup? Thanks.

I also am missing the Prepopulate Checkbox when editing a Content Type. I am using Drupal 5.15 (the latest version).

I, too am having the same problem-no checkbox-but with Prepopulate version 6.x-1.1 and Drupal 6.9.

Ditto: I originally encountered the problem with Prepopulate 6.x-1.1 on Drupal 6.9. I then tried the latest Prepopulate dev version with Drupal 6.9 with the same results. So I tried Drupal 6.10, but no joy. I wonder love to hear from the module maintainer on this.

Hi,

I am using Drupal 6.10 with latest Prepopulate version and am having the same problems. Could this issue be resolved soon as this looks like a brilliant module.

hat instruction is incorrect because the checkox was removed when we made prepopulate work on any form. It is a bug in the instructions, not the module. You don't need to check anything for it to work now. I will update the instructions as soon as I can.

OK, I've updated the install.txt for both the 5 and 6 branches. I'd rather not do a full release for just this so I will try to find time to review some of the other issues that are backing up with the plan to do a new release sometime this week.

Just to be clear: you do NOT need to check anything for this module to work. That was removed so that prepopulate automatically works on all forms.
